Ed Godycki, CEO

Ed has had a dynamic career with both start ups and large national and multinational organizations. He has a proven ability to deliver bottom line results on time with six-sigma quality within budget through decisive and results-driven leadership. He has strong project management, analytical and organizational skills. His management experience across a broad spectrum of organizations, companies and associations gives Robb-Wallace Motorsports a leader that can set strategic direction and manage execution to an extremely high level. Now Ed looks forward to combining all this business management experience with his life-long love of motorsports.

Ed graduated from California Lutheran University in 1975 with dual Major in Economics and Management, Cum Laude. He also attended Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 1984-85. From George Washington University he received a Master’s Certificate in Project Management.

Chip Carey, CMO and Client Strategist
Chip has spent the last 20 years in senior level positions in marketing, sales, pr, events and sponsorship, mostly in the resort business, earning a reputation as a charismatic, visionary and strategic leader with a proven track record of building, motivating and driving results through teamwork. He knows how to get things done. Brand work includes updating and enhancing the brands for 7 ski resorts in the northeast, Colorado and Utah. Event coordination includes three National US Ski Association Championships, 14 TAC sanctioned marathons plus numerous other road races, 16 days of the Today Show during the Salt Lake City Olympics to name only a few.

James B. Forth – EVP Racing Operations
Brad” Forth has a lifelong love of motorsports. He was born into a racing family and raised as a “pit brat”. On weekends he would either be racing or working on a race team. Both his parents raced and helped launched Mosport in Canada. Brad continued to race stock cars whenever possible after graduating from high school. In 1984, he graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario, earning a degree as an Electro Mechanical Engineering Technologist with a specialty in Cybernetics and Robotics.

In 1995, he moved into motorsports fulltime joining the Indy Lights series as Chief Mechanic for Brian Stewart Racing. Brad brings 25 years of professional racing experience to the Robb-Wallace Motorsports team. He has held about every position on the mechanical side of a race team including Chief Mechanic and Crew Chief for several successful open wheel racing teams, including Tasman-Forsythe Racing, Swift Engineering, and Fernandez Racing.
